Green Hills Makeover24 photos This homeowner desired not only a complete renovation to their kitchen and powder room- but they wanted USI to help find solutions to brighten their home since the space was quite dark.
By changing the wall/trim color to white, creating a new configuration/style of windows & doors, refinishing/changing the color of the hardwood floors and incorporating new light fixtures... this space doesn't look like the same home. What do you think?

Franklin Kitchen & Home Update17 photos This client not only wanted a kitchen renovation, but they had several areas they wanted to update in their home.
First, USI addressed the long narrow hallway from the foyer to the main space. By widening the hall and adding french doors into the 4th bedroom (off the entry ...to convert it into an office), USI was able to create an entry that felt more open and formal, and less like a hallway.
USI also changed the overall color scheme, added new hardwoods, as well as, changed the existing hardwood floor color, to create congruency and an improved eye appeal.
Although the kitchen received a complete renovation, the spare & master bath, as well as, the dining room received a facelift from paint, tile, new countertops, to new fixtures.... the result? Beautiful!
Franklin Home Facelift24 photos This couple desired a complete facelift to their home. Previously, the homes walls, ceilings, and trim work, were all the same butternut color. They desired a fresh, clean, update on paint color, a new front door to allow light in the home, all new light fixtures (converting from oil-rubbed bronze to a more modern look, to tie in with the new furniture selections), and refinishing of their existing kitchen cabinets from oak to a tea-stained, white cabinet to lighten up the kitchen. Usable Space Interiors incorporated using wall paper in the dining room (even on the ceiling), not only to break up the colors, but add a little flare.
Franklin Master Bedroom Facelift3 photos This client requested the Master Bedroom have a little update. Pictures just can not capture the beauty of this room. New carpet, paint, frosted double door into the Master Bath, with 1900's vintage key hole doorknobs, are just a few of the little touches that make this such an inviting haven to rest.
Franklin Kitchen & LR Reno17 photos This homeowner desired a major overhaul to their kitchen & living space. Originally there was a wall between the two rooms, the original hardwoods were blond (turned orange) and the house felt very compartmentalized. (See before photos).
By removing the wall but still keeping most of the original footprint, changing the floor color, the wall color and redesigning the kitchen, USI was able to create an open concept that is not only gorgeous, but a better use of their space.
